Our client who is a multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate located in Lake Buena Vista FL is currently seeking help desk specialists.
Hours: 4:30 PM-1:00 AM - Monday and Tuesday off, but days off may change
Pay: Up to $20 an hour, W2
Contract: 12 month contract
Job Overview:
Provide 24x7x365 technical support via telephone and email in a fast-paced Help Desk environment to process and escalate WiFi/Internet and Telecom issues for Guests and Cast.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues using applications such as Airwave, CMS, Service Now, and MS Office.
Network Monitoring: Support all Telecom technologies and monitor the health of networks.
Repair and Orders: Process mobility (cellular & radio) repair requests and new orders.
Vendor Access: Handle Work Being Performed and Gate access requests for vendors.
Reporting: Produce operational reports regarding call metrics, telephony, and Wi-Fi.
Basic Qualifications:
Strong technical acumen and understanding of Wi-Fi networks, DOCSIS, and GPON fiber.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Flexible with work schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Service Now.
Familiarity with Aruba Airwave and Calix Management System.
Call center or customer service experience.
Education:
Required: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred: Relevant experience with AT&T, Spectrum, Verizon, etc.
Additional Information:
Support will include WiFi, cellular, and in-house guest issues.
Initial Tier 1 support will be provided.
Two years' experience preferred.
