About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Application Support Specialist to join our team at BlueWave Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage support tickets in our customer management system, categorize and follow up on them
  • Provide telephone support, offering assistance and adjusting configurations to meet customer needs
  • Conduct system tests and deliveries, documenting hotfix versions to ensure seamless operations
  • Assist in the implementation of PIM and e-commerce projects, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to internal projects focused on software improvement, driving innovation and excellence
Requirements
  • You possess a responsible, team-oriented, and structured approach to work, with a strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Completed vocational training in the IT field, with a strong foundation in software support and development
  • Recent graduate or some experience in consulting/support, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Fluent German language skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
