Residential Sales Manager


Don Kennedy Roofing Company, two-time National Roofing Contractor of the Year, is looking for new additions to our team for the position of Residential Sales Manager. This role is responsible for working alongside the leadership team to accomplish business goals while setting and maintaining a culture committed to growth, taking care of homeowners, excellence, professionalism, and fun. This position is an in-person role based out of our office in downtown Nashville but will primarily be accompanying sales representatives in the field. Our daily hours are 7:30-4:00.

Qualifications:

Basic:

• Consultative sales approach in a B2C one call close environment

• Demonstrated experience using data and KPIs to improve process, manage change and create adoption strategies in sales organizations

• Demonstrated ability to eVectively communicate across organizations at all levels of the business • Demonstrated leadership experience

• Demonstrated experience working with technology tools (CRM) Preferred:

• In-home sales experience • Prior experience working in Home Services industry

• Demonstrated success influencing across functions.

• Demonstrated successful experience training new - and seasoned - sales reps

Essential Responsibilities and Functions:

• Drive revenue through in-person roofing sales

• Reinforce sales best practices and playbook

• Track and monitor key sales KPIs to identify areas of success and improvement

• Lead weekly sales meetings

• Conduct daily ride-alongs with roofing inspectors to provide coaching and drive sales

• Set sales goals in support of business growth goals

• Motivate, train, and coach roofing inspectors to achieve their potential

• Lead performance management through technology tools

• Drive change management, as needed, to accomplish business growth goals

• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of new roofing inspectors

• Create and maintain a culture committed to growth, taking care of homeowners, excellence, professionalism, and fun

• Continue to build out the sales team

• Work with a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and results oriented senior leadership team

• Work with sales leaders across a partnership of top tier home services companies.
