Your Role - Expansion into New Markets

Key Responsibilities of the Superintendent:

  • Oversee daily construction operations of residential communities, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule;
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety on-site;
  • Foster effective communication and build strong relationships with contractors;
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and homebuyers to guarantee satisfaction with the final product.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred;
  • A minimum of three years of experience in residential construction is essential;
  • Strong team collaboration, communication, and relationship-building abilities;
  • Capability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously;
  • Detail-oriented with robust project management skills.
