We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Assistant with bookkeeping/accounting skills to join our fast-growing organization in the Denver office.

The ideal candidate will support the CEO in administrative tasks such as correspondence, expenses and travel. They will also have basic accounting abilities, and comfortable with working with multiple vendors, managing invoices and assist managing company-wide operations.

 Responsibilities:


●     Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.

●     Manage CEO’s inbox, calendar and additional correspondence

●     Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when

●     Managing CEOs expenses, company credit card and monthly reconciliations

●     necessary

●     Booking travel arrangements as necessary

●     Bookkeeping duties, including working with third party accounting firm to process all necessary finance and accounting responsibilities and tasks

●     Accounts Receivable: Properly record and monitor payments to Castlewood and follow up on past due balances

●     Accounts Payable: Accurately set up vendors and invoices to ensure timely payment

●     Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, human resources and talent acquisition on scheduling, research and company goals


Qualifications:


●     Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication verbal and oral communication skills

●     Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple important tasks in a fast-paced environment

●     Highly proficient in MS Suite (Outlook,Work, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Teams and Office 365 a plus

●     Excellent knowledge of Quickbooks and Bill.com

●     Highly efficient scheduling/calendaring skills for phone calls, in-person and Zoom meetings

●     Positive demeanor, high sense of urgency and a team player mindset

●     Professional appearance and attitude
