POSITION SUMMARY – Senior Systems Administrator – Execute/Quorum
The Senior Systems Administrator will be tasked with overseeing and optimizing the Execute/Quorum software, ensuring its efficiency, dependability, and security. This role is designed for a skilled professional with significant experience in software administration. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring system performance, providing technical support, and collaborating with various teams to enhance system capabilities. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication to achieve operational objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute (Quorum) Software Management:
    • Administer, configure, and maintain Execute software.
    • Ensure the system's optimal performance, reliability, and security.
    • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Execute.
    • Conduct regular updates, patches, and system upgrades.
  • System Oversight:
    • Monitor system performance to guarantee availability and reliability.
    • Manage and sustain the network infrastructure associated with the systems.
    • Implement and supervise backup, recovery, and security protocols.
  • Technical Assistance:
    • Deliver technical support and training to users.
    • Create and maintain system documentation, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaboration:
    • Engage closely with other IT personnel and departments.
    • Work with vendors and service providers for system improvements and troubleshooting.
    • Coordinate with project teams regarding system-related needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration.
  • Extensive background in managing Execute (Quorum) software.
  • Strong expertise in system and network administration.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
  • Familiarity with backup, recovery, and security measures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Siteview (Peloton) software.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant certifications in system administration or specific software (e.g., Peloton Siteview, Quorum Execute) are advantageous.
