Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides administrative to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. The Executive Assistant is an utmost professional, handling top level data, decisions, and conversations with integrity, sensitivity, and confidentiality. This role works hand in hand with the executive team and provides proactive and thorough administrative support, seeking opportunities to streamline and create efficiencies while supporting the executive team in being the most impactful and effective they can be.
Additionally, this role will handle office management responsibilities for the Lakewood, CO office.
Position Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and CFO
· Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
· Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
· Manage expense reports
· Maintain office supplies, manage office equipment, and ensure executive office is well-organized and efficient
· Organize and create record retention structure for executives, ensuring accurate records and simple solution for retrieving past files and documents
· Seek opportunities to create efficiencies and streamline the executives’ workloads, including proactively taking responsibility for administrative work of self-sufficient executives
· Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining a professional barrier to protect the office of the executives
· Handle sensitive information and matters with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
· Assist with special projects and initiatives, as needed, including research, data analysis, and report and deck preparation
· Provide occasional support to senior leadership team, as workload allows
· Collect and distribute company mail, including scanning to non-local employees
· Additional responsibilities, as assigned
Key Capabilities:

Experience/Education Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or equivalent role
· Associates of bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, preferred
· Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, or equivalent
