RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Business Manager in overseeing daily operations, including administrative tasks, financial management, and staff supervision.
  • Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall business performance.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to track performance metrics
  • Process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THEOFFICE MANAGER ROLE:

  • Prior experience in a "mixed bag" role
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organization and a strong multi-tasker.
