Our client is looking to add a Non-Ferrous Recovery Manager to their team. The NF Recovery Manager oversees the processing and treatment of Auto Shredder Residue and manages nonferrous metal recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities Non-Ferrous Recovery Manager:

  • Oversee daily operations, including picker/cleaner assignments.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Shredder, and other managers for plant optimization.
  • Maintain safe working environments and assist in safety training.
  • Monitor and improve production efficiency and metal recovery.
  • Lead department staff and manage work schedules.
  • Stay updated on NF metal separation technology.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor quality control and inventory compliance.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and production reports.


Job Qualifications Non-Ferrous Recovery Manager

  • High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience.
  • Managerial experience with strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of auto shredder residue treatment systems and equipment operation.
  • Ability to manage production metrics, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
