Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management
    • Perform facilities management tasks, including unit turnover, emergency response, and maintenance issue resolution.
    • Monitor and address potential safety hazards and escalate concerns to the supervisor as needed.
    • Handle non-routine cleaning and special projects as assigned.
    • Pack and store participant belongings appropriately.
    • Distribute necessary supplies to clients as needed.
  • Life Transformation Coach
    • Work with clients to implement individual homeless recovery plans and achieve specified goals.
    • Improve clients' independent living skills and resolve conflicts through de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques.
    • Support clients in developing homeless recovery goals, such as housing search, health-related services, and job search.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Services or a related field.
  • Comfortable working in a Christian work environment.
  • Proficient with computers and specifically Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
  • Emotionally mature and resilient with a strong sense of professional ethics and personal stewardship.
  • Proven track record working with a diverse population.
