We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Partnership Development Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who has a knack for strategic thinking, relationship building, and a passion for driving growth. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in administrative support and meeting coordination. You will be working closely with our senior management to identify potential partners, develop strategies for partnership development, and execute partnership agreements.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in identifying and researching potential partners.
2. Manage and coordinate meetings with potential and existing partners, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and delivered on time.
3. Facilitate communication between internal teams and partners, acting as a liaison to ensure smooth collaboration.
4. Assist in the development and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated and understood by all parties.
5. Provide administrative support to the Partnership Development team, including scheduling, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.
6. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate the benefits to potential partners.
7. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build relationships and promote the company's brand.
8. Track and report on partnership development activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in partnership development, business development, or a related role.
3. Proven experience in administrative support and meeting coordination.
4. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information and negotiate with all levels of management.
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
6. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
8. Highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for driving growth and a willingness to take initiative.
