- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior school district officials, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field operations and program design, to ensure successful implementation and renewal of partnerships.
- Manage the contracting process, including RFP execution and submission, to ensure seamless partnership development.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a proven track record of success in the K-12 education sector.
- Deep understanding of California K-12 funding mechanisms, including LCAP and ELO-P, and their application to support unduplicated students.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the impact and value of Galileo's programs to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with senior school district officials.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM technologies is a plus.
- Total compensation (including base pay and commission) of $120,000 - $170,000 annually.

Employees located in the San Francisco Bay area adhere to a hybrid office and work-from-home policy. Galileo Headquarters is located at 111 Myrtle St, Ste 300, Oakland, CA 94607.
This is a full-time position, averaging 40 hours per week. While we prioritize work-life balance, there may be times when additional hours are necessary to meet deadlines and ensure the success of our programs.
Additionally, HQ staff are expected to visit camp locations from June through August to experience camp first-hand and support our teams on the ground; 10-15% travel may be required for those located outside of a camp territory.
