This is a full-time hybrid virtual / in person role as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at an Accountant / Real Estate Broker in Seal Beach, CA. The role involves providing high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to the CEO, managing calendars, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various tasks to support the executive team.
