Senior Associate, Business Operations Enterprise Risk Management


The key to this role is working on the business side, some IT is a plus

Coming from a financial firm would be highly preferred

Some sort of audit & controls background


SALARY: $82k - $93k with 10% bonus


LOCATION: CHICAGO, IL

Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote


ERM Enterprise Risk Management, 3 years financial risk preferably in audit compliance risk or related consulting experience. Identifies measures monitors manages and reports risk, risk assessment reporting data analysis development of KRI’s/KPI’s preferred experience designing and producing quality reports and presentations understanding of securities derivatives markets and risk management


Responsibilities:


  • Support the team tasked with assessing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on the adequacy and effectiveness of the Risk Management Framework across business units
  • Develop a working understanding of RMF to assist business units with governance issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with business units and other stakeholders to assess and enhance operational resiliency and control environment
  • Support efforts to verify, analyze, and monitor key performance, risk, and control indicators to support management and board-level reporting across business units
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of reports and metrics to evaluate the performance of the Enterprise Risk Assessment (ERA) program
  • Assist with the drafting and maintenance of ORMC’s policies and procedures
  • Develop ORMC reports
  • Support management with special projects


Certificates or Licenses:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

3+ years of experience in financial risk, preferably in an audit, compliance, risk, or related consulting experience
