Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Construction Manager. The Pre-Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks related to construction estimating, cost management, design management, proposal writing, and budgeting. This role will require strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders. In addition, we are looking for someone with the ability to manage projects on an as need basis.


Qualifications

  • Commercial Construction Estimating, Cost Management, and Budgeting skills
  • Experience in design management and proposal writing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Knowledge of the commercial construction industry regulations and standards
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • PMP certification is a plus
