**Summary:**
A Construction Laborer works on construction projects, usually in a utility capacity, performing various tasks without close supervision. Some of the duties include measuring distances, aligning forms, signaling equipment operators, leveling earth, mixing concrete, erecting structures, painting, sealing surfaces, demolishing buildings, and general cleanup.

**Responsibilities:**
- Carries out all duties in alignment with the company's mission.
- Measures distances, drives stakes, and stretches lines.
- Bolts, nails, aligns, and supports forms.
- Signals equipment operators for alignment.
- Levels earth to specifications.
- Mixes concrete and positions pipe sections.
- Erects scaffolding, shoring, and braces.
- Paints, seals, and applies caulking.
- Performs surface finishing tasks.
- Demolishes structures, saws lumber, and removes materials.
- Conducts general cleanup activities.
- Follows instructions from superiors.

**Qualifications:**

**Work Environment:**
Construction Laborers work primarily in outdoor conditions, being exposed to various weather elements. The noise level in the environment is usually moderate.

**Physical Demands:**
The job requires employees to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, talk, hear, taste, and smell. There is also a need for occasional lifting and moving of 40 pounds or more.

**Evaluation:**
The performance of the Construction Laborer will be evaluated based on the accuracy and quality of work results outlined in the job description, as well as feedback from management, peers, and fellow employees.
