Title : Office Coordinator

Duration: 10 months with possible extension or conversion


The Office Coordinator supports the functions and duties assigned to the Facilities and Real Estate department at the office in Boise, ID, including the physical environment of the site.


•Process all work order maintenance process including; tracking, coordinating with customers and fulfilling in house work orders.

•Handle the front desk duties including reception, answering phones, and administrative tasks.

•Main point of contact for any office related items including but not limited to cleanliness, plant maintenance, and office communication.

•Implement, manage, and facilitate building sustainability and recycle initiatives.

•Manage meeting rooms and event schedules, including set ups and take downs. Move tables, chairs and equipment for meetings and special events.

•Manage the key card access system and parking system in tandem with Landlord.

•Assist with AV troubleshooting and maintenance.

•Responsible for maintaining the appearance and supplies for meeting rooms including whiteboards and water.

•Sort all incoming USPS mail

•Must be able to take mail to post office as needed

•Deliver packages within the facility in a timely manner including; FedEx, UPS, USPS, courier and office supplies.


Education:

  • High School or equivalent
