The Core HR Delivery Lead is a strategic role responsible for overseeing and driving the execution of the HR strategy across several critical domains including Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, and Payroll. The lead will work closely with Process Owners in each area to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services, as we transition to our new cloud-based HR system. This role demands a proactive leader who can effectively balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.   • Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Core HR workstream, providing strategic and operational oversight across Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, and Payroll domains.
  • Collaborate with Process Owners to design and implement HR processes that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness as well as related workstreams including IT, Change Mngmt, etc.
  • Drive the execution of the HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for the delivery and integration of HR services within the workstream.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure that HR services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating HR-related risk.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives within the workstream, identifying risks and opportunities and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Champion best practices in HR operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.


  • Qualifications:Proven experience in HR management or a similar role with a focus on Core HR functions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of Process Owners and specialists.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in designing and implementing HR processes and systems.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR operational strategies with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices, ensuring successful project delivery.


  • Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in human resources, or equivalent experience, is required.
  • Proficient in leading medium to large sized projects. Typically requires a minimum of six (6) – to eight (8) years of experience.
  • Preferred but not required: Knowledge of Peoplesoft and its integration with cloud-based software solutions, specifically UKG Pro
