Associate Director, Channel Strategy

One of my clients, a leading Pharmaceutical company, are looking to hire an Associate Director to join their Channel Strategy team within Market Access. The company themselves have a fantastic pipeline, of both pipeline and launched assets, with plans for expansion into new areas too (fantastic history of R&D).


Sitting within the overriding Market Access function, you would be tasked with:

  • Heading the Development and Implementation of Channel Strategies, across the entire portfolio of products.
  • Working cross functionally with the majority of commercially focused teams, to ensure product value proposition, and maximizing access.


To be suitable for the role, you would need:

  • A strong background in getting products to Wholesalers.
  • A strong background in getting products to Specialty Pharmacies
  • A firm grasp of the differences between Core vs Enhanced Services within Specialty Pharmacies
  • Be able to be onsite 2 days a week in the North NJ, NY, CT area.
