About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Channel Director to join our US Sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping our go-to-market strategy in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) channel.

Your primary objective will be to develop and execute a strategic approach to drive profitable growth in the healthcare channel. This will involve recommending channel marketing strategies, positioning Elvie for long-term success, and building strong relationships with DME partners.

You will work closely with our US VP of Sales to identify opportunities for growth and develop a comprehensive plan to achieve our goals. Your expertise in the DME space and proven experience in shaping go-to-market strategies will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the DME channel, including recommendations on channel marketing strategies and positioning Elvie for long-term success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DME partners, including regular in-person check-ins to share strategies, data, and market learnings.
  • Review, optimize, and negotiate contracts with DME partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability in the healthcare channel.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in the DME space, with a proven track record of shaping go-to-market strategies and driving growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn datasets into insights that drive solutions and strategies.
  • Experience managing a team and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel as needed to DME partners, trade shows, and team events.
