We are currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing & Communications Associate to join the Corporate Strategy & Marketing Team located at our Bedford, Massachusetts site.


We are able to consider a hybrid working arrangement for applicants with the right skills and experience.


Your responsibilities in this role would be:


  • Ensuring the implementation and delivery of an OXB’s annual Marketing Plan.
  • Collaborating and Partner with the wider Commercial & Strategy Team inclusive of Business Development to understand required marketing activities and ensure their timely delivery to plan.
  • Generate the required marketing materials, and digital content for defined white papers, blogs, webinars and social media platforms.
  • Create, execute and support project based off site marketing activities for business development events and conferencing.
  • Proactive competitor research to aid the initiation of ongoing commercial strategy development
  • Drive the roll out of OXB’s value proposition across marketing materials and the Corporate Strategy & Marketing function.


We are looking for:


  • Educated to degree level (Batchelor’s or Masters) in relevant field.
  • Experience of executing business to business marketing activities, preferably within the Pharmaceutical Services industry.
  • The ability to execute market/competitor research projects.
  • Ability to create digital marketing materials for multiple marketing activities
  • Competency with metrics to measure effectiveness of marketing/advertising/conference attendance and their return on investment.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proven track-record of being able to be manage multiple projects/deadlines and multitasking with ease.
  • Exceptional communication skills; both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrable ability to collaborate with wide group of stakeholders domestic and internationally.
