Role Description


We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Client Success and Relationship Manager to join our team at Dentist Offices in Buffalo, NY. This full-time, on-site hybrid role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction and building strong, supportive relationships with dentists on our platform. The position offers a base salary along with a very competitive commission structure. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, conducting regular check-ins, and providing guidance to enhance the dentists' experience on our platform. We do not have 50 employees, people on LinkedIn claim to work for us, when they do not.



Responsibilities


  • Attend and represent the company at monthly conventions across the USA (with plans to go global soon)
  • Conduct both cold and warm outreach via phone and email
  • Manage internal client relationships
  • Oversee external sales initiatives
  • Assist current partners in achieving success on the platform
  • Create effective cold email templates



Qualifications


  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Previous experience in client success or account management
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to address client inquiries and offer solutions
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Experience in the dental industry is a plus
