Responsibilities

Client Advisors hold the critical position of embodying the GildedBox brand in each and every client interaction making each client’s experience extraordinary. The Client Advisor is an excellent communicator and ambassador. His or her passion for creating personal experiences for our clients is conveyed in every conversation and an entrepreneurial spirit is prevalent in the make-up of every Client Advisor. The love of building his/her own business by developing client relationships and exceeding sales goals is first and foremost in the GildedBox Client Advisor’s skill set.

Sales: Deepen the relationship with our clients to drive lifetime value (LTV) and individual order volume. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Capture client data. Cultivate new and existing client relationships. Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business. Drive business through key products.

o             Achieve monthly and annual revenue goals while satisfying margin requirements.

o             Drive increased conversion of new and return business, drive profitability.

o             Respond to incoming sales leads (Web Forms, Emails, Phone Calls) in an expedient, timely manner.

o             Account Manage existing Clients and Leads within our CRM.

o             Re-engage with clients to drive account growth and retention over a long period of time.

o             Follow all Standard Operating Procedures relating to Sales Lead Conversion and Documentation.

Service: Elevate the buying experience by consistently delivering an easy and memorable interaction to every client. Demonstrate passion as a GildedBox Trusted Advisor during every selling opportunity using your personal touch. Execute best practices by working closely with the design team to create unique experiences and adjust based on client feedback.

o   Be a Trusted Advisor, understand the needs and business of our clients, demonstrate knowledge of best practices within their industries and demonstrate value.

o   Be our clients’ expert and guide.

o   Provide personalized quotes that align with our values and extraordinary capabilities.

o   Meet clients’ needs and advise on an appropriate course of action that’s in their best interest.

o   Manage follow-up activity on Customers and Leads through established Funnel Management practices and contact cadence requirements.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree. Business emphasis or equivalent preferred.

1-2 years of sales experience with documented success in exceeding quota/goals.

Process oriented and ability to systematically manage a sales funnel.

Concise and well expressed written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work cross functionally, solution oriented.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in utilizing a CRM system.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Skills

Sales experience in the luxury gifting or fashion industry.

Understanding of the concept of corporate gifting, design, brands, and their influence

Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and overcome objections.
