Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Representative handling our Missouri and Illinois territory. In this entry level sales role, you will work specifically on landing new business and engaging with current customers creating discovery opportunities. This role is remote in the fact that you will help lead growth within the territory.
Responsibilities
· Research and identify potential clients and market segments to target.
· Utilize the CRM system in place to effective manage the territory and leads within it.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
· Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
. Grow the territory year over year by landing new business and growing business with current customers.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales and Business Development experience
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus
