This role will be onsite at our Franklin, TN office with a 8am-5pm Monday – Friday Schedule


Greenline Pet has recently come into the IDEXX Veterinary Software product portfolio. They are a leading SaaS data platform providing an automated solution for delivery of digital coupons and rebates for animal health manufacturers. The Greenline software platform automates a previously manual, paper-based coupon process. The platform reduces friction for the practice and pet owner, shortens the reimbursement timeline, and captures valuable data for manufacturers on campaign performance and pet owner behavior .

A bit more about the role you will:

  • Develop a working knowledge of our customers’ veterinary products.
  • Provide clear directio n to custo mers regardin g utilizat i o n of the G reenline program.
  • Ensure customer practice management software is configured correctly.
  • Identify invoice issues and support customers during corrective processes.
  • Document and track customer support cases.
  • Achieve weekly personal and team targets.
  • Document known solutions to common customer problems.
  • Provide quality support to customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and continuing strong customer relationships.


What We’re Looking For

  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required . Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • High quality customer facing inter-personal skills, with experience working with customers and maintaining good customer relationships, preferred.
  • Technical record keeping management skills.
  • Reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues.
  • Phone skills, with ability to establish rapport.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organized with ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
