Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Genesco. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, both in-store and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone and email
  • Meet individual and team customer-focused goals
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, adhering to our core values and standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on retail or call center environments
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word and Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
