Job Overview

Cottonwood Residential is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our residents feel at home and that our community is a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of apartment homes for viewings, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and ready for occupancy.
  • Conduct regular building walks to ensure the quality and presentation of our community meets Cottonwood Standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, prospects, and vendors, providing timely and effective communication.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of community events and social media marketing initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain the package room, ensuring packages are delivered to residents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
