  • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders

  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff and volunteers involved in community engagement activities
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in community engagement


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in community engagement or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with community leaders and stakeholders
  • Experience developing and managing budgets
  • Ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of community engagement programs
  • Knowledge of trends and best practices in community engagement
