Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver prompt and professional responses to inquiries from residents, prospects, and vendors.
  • Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and mail, ensuring timely responses.
  • Facilitate the move-in and move-out processes for residents.
  • Assist in the lease renewal process by preparing necessary documentation and engaging with residents regarding their options.
  • Support the collection of overdue rental payments through various communication methods.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers to maintain necessary insurance documentation for vendors and residents.
  • Organize resident events and disseminate information to the community.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A strong background in customer service is essential, with a preference for candidates who have experience in residential leasing and demonstrated closing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi software is also required. This position may involve regular weekend hours.
