The Role:


• As part of this role, you will work on immigration, relocation, and taxation-related matters, with a focus on day-to-day employee files and documentation.

• This is a 'roll up your sleeves' environment where you can make an impact.

• The role will report to the Global Mobility Senior Manager, and it is based out of Cambridge, MA.


Here's What You'll Do:


• Management of employee files as they relate to relocation and taxation

• Oversee and manage employment visas for US and OUS (H-1B, O-1, TN, L-1, ITC, etc.) and permanent residency applications (PERM, NIW, etc.)

• The Senior Global Mobility and Immigration Specialist will review current documentation, organize it, and check for completeness

• Behave as an owner to ensure files are compliant

• Provide the highest quality service, support, and educate internal stakeholders and employees on Global Mobility matters

• Comfortable to perform administrative tasks as they relate to the role

• Senior Global Mobility and Immigration Specialist will collaborate closely with the Global Mobility team to address files and processes

• Support in generating and analyzing data to support program strategies, workstream processes, and service delivery

• Participate in content development and delivery of Global Mobility programs


Here's What You'll Bring to the Table:


• 3 - 5 years of experience in immigration, relocation, and taxation - preference for candidates with immigration paralegal experience


Proficiency with technical skills:


• MS Office Suite and experience with shared technologies

• Passion for technology, digitization, and AI

• Ability to learn and master new systems quickly

• Workday experience is preferable

• A natural ability to be organized in how you think, communicate, and conduct your work

• Exceptional attention to detail, and focus on high-quality work

• Strong verbal and written communication skills - you are outgoing, communicative, and seek to build relationships on a daily basis

• A desire to be part of a high-growth, transformational company
