Position Overview: As a Mobile Maintenance Specialist, your key duties encompass:

  • Demonstrating compassion and dedication to our residents through exceptional service ticket management and preventive maintenance.
  • Addressing maintenance challenges in HVAC systems, electrical setups, plumbing issues, and appliance servicing.
  • Preparing unoccupied apartments for new residents by conducting necessary repairs and enhancements.
  • Maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the property and ensuring community safety through routine upkeep, snow clearance, and landscape management.
  • Delivering exemplary customer service to our residents.
  • Availability for weekend or evening shifts and readiness for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications:

  • Background in building maintenance or relevant trade education.
  • Basic to intermediate skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance repair.
  • Willingness to respond to emergency situations at the property, including participation in an on-call schedule.
  • Capability to frequently exert 25 to 50 pounds of force, and/or consistently exert 10 to 20 pounds of force.
  • Reliable personal transportation for commuting to work and responding to on-call emergencies.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Fundamental computer skills and comfort with various software applications.
  • A proactive service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
