Position Overview: As a Mobile Maintenance Specialist, your key duties will encompass:
- Demonstrating commitment and empathy towards our residents by ensuring prompt service ticket resolution and proactive maintenance.
- Addressing maintenance challenges related to HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, and appliance servicing.
- Preparing unoccupied apartments for new residents through necessary repairs and enhancements.
- Maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the property and ensuring community safety through regular upkeep, snow removal, and landscape maintenance.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to residents.
- Being available for weekend or evening shifts and responding to after-hours emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property maintenance or relevant vocational training.
- Basic to intermediate skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliance repair.
- Readiness to handle emergency situations at the property, including participation in an on-call schedule.
- Capability to frequently lift 25 to 50 pounds and constantly handle 10 to 20 pounds.
- Reliable personal transportation for commuting to work and responding to on-call emergencies.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fundamental computer skills and familiarity with various software applications.
- A service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
