We’re currently hiring for a Production Manager. Salary range for this position is 110-115K.


Reporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the production operations in the Plant and delivering key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, organizational morale. Ensure our site manufacturing strategy is implemented and is fully effective driving continuous improvement initiatives, journey to zero, employee engagement and working towards building a high performing team.


What You Will Get to Do:

  • Support the Manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Engagement goals in line with the site objectives.
  • Define the strategic plan for all production lines aligned to company business plan
  • Coach Supervisors, BU Leads, and Area Leads, cascade & communicate the plans and targets to employees to ensure alignment and understanding around priorities, focus and KPI’s.
  • Execute and deliver the daily production plan; ensure proper and on-time workforce resources, material, facility, and equipment setup; drive clear, structured and concise communication to ensure alignment between teams, shifts, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensures all manufacturing standards, governance, and compliance requirements are in place, understood by all, and are implemented and monitored effectively.
  • Manages compliance across various areas like (e.g. Corporate Quality, Food Safety & GMP, Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Sustainability, Code of conduct, Policies, Operational standards, Local legal requirements, Internal & External Audits and other procedures updated from time to time).
  • Establishes strong governance for reviewing, controlling, and driving continuous improvement in operational performance (DMS, WMS, MMS).
  • Control production performance and Continuous Improvement plans and embed a zero-loss mindset to constantly improve and deliver against Operational KPIs.
  • Drive the internal Production team to identify and manage improvements to technology, culture, capability and operating systems to deliver a best practice and reliable operation.
  • Sponsor/lead the Continuous Improvement program (IL6S) within your area of operations, including training, coaching, and assessing the methodology
  • Accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the Operations team.
  • Identify and implement critical levers to attract, retain & develop critical talent and builds capability (technical and behavioral) at all levels.
  • Develops employees through training, mentoring, and coaching, providing clear roles and consistent support and feedback for all employees.
  • Foster and maintain positive work culture by adherence to our Core Values – RDQAS, and Leadership Competencies, providing timely feedback and resolution of employee issues.



Recipe for Success:

  • Completion of college diploma in Engineering, Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferably within the CPG industry
  • Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
  • Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem solving and team building.
  • Excellent knowledge of Food Safety, SPC, GMP’s, SQF, HACCP, Allergens and Health & Safety
  • Strong judgement, analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and manage conflict.
  • Manages projects effectively to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Strong computer skills, with familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
