The Senior Product Line Strategist is accountable for overseeing a designated product portfolio to support our growth ambitions, profitability, and market presence. This role encompasses daily operations related to the product line, as well as identifying and advocating for innovative products and line extensions; establishing product positioning, pricing, and profitability strategies; developing and executing product marketing plans; and managing the lifecycle of products.

The Senior Product Line Strategist must collaborate across various functions to set and achieve business objectives through a clearly articulated product strategy. They will engage with our Sales team and Customers to gather customer insights, partner with Product Development to innovate new offerings, and work alongside Creative and Marketing Teams to formulate go-to-market strategies and develop promotional initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of business acumen and technical knowledge, a comprehensive vision, and the determination and attention to detail necessary to realize that vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and achieve strategic objectives through cross-functional collaboration
  • Maintain product health across the portfolio
  • Generate and sustain market and product intelligence
  • Lead development projects and product enhancements

Qualifications (minimum acceptable and/or preferred)

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of product management experience within a manufacturing environment (B2B experience)
  • Experience in strategic planning and its implications for the product line
  • Proven ability to conduct market analysis and drive actionable insights
  • Capacity to thoroughly understand and clearly communicate product technical specifications
  • Flexibility to work from our Headquarters or Co-Lab as required
  • Availability to be on-site a few days per week
