Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the company values, vision, and mission.

  • Uphold the quality policy.

  • Follows safety requirements.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on medical devices and thermoforming products.

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

  • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.

  • Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.

  • Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.

  • Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.

  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.

  • Prepares regular sales reports and analysis for senior management, highlighting performance metrics, trends, and opportunities.

  • Oversee the clerical ordering functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.

  • Collaborate with logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Work closely with the engineering team to understand technical specifications and provide accurate product information to customers.

  • Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • A comparable record of sales leadership experience required.

  • Background in Engineering is preferred, but not required.

  • At least 3+ years of sales experience required.

  • At least 5+ years of medical device experience.

  • Clerical and order entry experience required.

  • Ability to process quotes for customers

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills to oversee clerical ordering processes effectively.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Work Environment:

Office setting

Manufacturing floor environments

Controlled temperature environments

Expected Hours of Work
This is a Full-Time Salary position required to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends.

Travel:

Up to 10%
