Job Summary:

XL Pro Staffing & Consulting is now hiring a Director of Sales throughout Houston. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. We are a well-established Texas-based staffing firm that specializes in light industrial, warehouse, sanitation, manufacturing, construction, distribution, logistics 3PL, fulfillment centers, hospitality, and much more. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. We are a dynamic staffing company with two Houston offices and seven offices in DFW and are always seeking experienced talent to join our team



Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our client base.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize their performance and professional growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.

- Prospect for and develop new business relationships with potential clients.

- Identify and evaluate the potential staffing needs of clients and match their requirements with our available resources.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.

- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the effective delivery of services to clients.

- Attend networking events and other industry events to develop new business leads.

- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.


Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in sales management with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

- A deep understanding of the staffing industry and current market trends.

- A consultative selling approach and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.

- A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.

- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
