Division Sales Manager - Siding & Windows - Columbia, South Carolina


Gryphon Oakwood are searching for a Division Manager for the Siding, Windows & Guttering side of a Commercial and Residential Roofing Contractor based out of Columbia, South Carolina. The role would require experience in both sales and operations with experience of leading a team previously.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage the team to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closed (and beyond) ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with other departments to align strategies with overall business objectives
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Uphold the high standards of our culture and ethics


Experience:


  • Background in Siding, Windows & Guttering is highly preferred with the ability and knowledge to explain products to clients with ease and answer questions with confidence
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in sales
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated success in business development and account management
  • Can be coachable for personal development
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales process, market trends, and industry best practices
  • Proficiency in using CRM's to track and manage sales activities
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
