CCG Catalyst is a strategic consulting firm that provides guidance, direction, and advice to banks and financial institutions on technology, innovation, and business strategy. We are looking for a Sales Executive who can generate new leads, close deals, and build long-term relationships with clients.
You will work on a base plus commission basis, meaning you will earn a percentage of the revenue you bring in. You will also have the opportunity to work with a team of experts, learn from industry leaders, and grow your professional network.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients in the banking and financial services sector.
- Present CCG Catalyst’s services and solutions to decision-makers and influencers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
- Follow up with clients and ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to generate leads and network with potential clients.
- Collaborate with CCG Catalyst’s consultants and partners to deliver value-added solutions to clients.
- Provide feedback and insights to CCG Catalyst’s management and marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales to Financial Institutions, preferably in technology or advisory services.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the banking and financial services industry, trends, and challenges.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results oriented.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
