Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers on scheduling conflicts, client deliverables, and troubleshooting
  • Liaison between the Client, Vendor and Technology Solution Distributor
  • Create and Manage Client Dashboards
  • Project planning to ensure execution of each phase of the project. Including scheduling, assigning project tasks, and troubleshooting
  • Assist with procuring client quotes for orders
  • Ensuring the clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders


Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role (2+ years)
  • Technology certifications are preferred
  • Overall in depth knowledge of technology – designs, challenges, risks. Including UCaaS, CCaaS, IaaS, SD-WAN, BRaaS, DRaaS
  • Solid organizational skills including; time-management and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Confidence in providing radical candor
  • Strong passion for continual learning
  • Deep caring for the success of others
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Strong sense of Extreme Ownership
  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience
  • Smartsheet experience preferred
  • 2+ years of O365 experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
