The project coordinator will support IT infrastructure project managers and operations to deliver on expected value. Analyze contracts for deliverables and obligations and help build and manage a plan to execute. Help measure performance data to identify anomalies and trends and review them with IT leaders. The coordinator will also perform data entry, reconciliation, and analysis between Excel spreadsheets and ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate for this role has 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience. Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Helps prepare status reports and presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
