POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Project Coordinator (MPC) is a driven professional with a strong interest in marketing and a proven track record in managing various projects. Key responsibilities include liaising with our credit union clients, developing marketing materials, ensuring quality assurance, and managing data, alongside reporting duties. We leverage a range of systems and technologies to fulfill our job responsibilities.

Success in this role hinges on effective communication, a proactive approach to feedback and learning, and a keen interest in analyzing data and reporting on marketing strategies. This includes grasping the distinct brands we represent, crafting content for diverse media formats (email, print, web, social media, press releases, etc.), and evaluating the effectiveness of our communications. The ideal candidate will appreciate the significance of target demographics and the most effective ways to engage these audiences to achieve favorable outcomes.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Research, develop, and approve high-quality marketing content; oversee and ensure quality control for services.

2. Handle multiple projects, managing client expectations amidst changing timelines and workloads; troubleshoot and assist with client inquiries, issues, and requests.

3. Document, implement, and supervise product launches.

4. Analyze data to create targeted audience segments.

5. Continuously learn, observe, and report on marketing initiatives.

6. Educate and train clients and colleagues on products and processes; ensure client understanding, customization, and automation.

7. Maintain positive relationships with clients; conduct meetings via video conferencing to understand their marketing objectives and preferences; perform regular check-ins and uphold services over time; ensure client satisfaction and comprehension.

8. Collaborate with team members for cross-functional tasks.

9. Engage in back-end data management, including query work for client-specific marketing and daily data downloads.

10. Participate in cross-training within the department, ensuring versatility and a comprehensive understanding of various tasks.

11. Utilize HTML, core credit union data processing knowledge, and query skills for effective communication and data manipulation.


QUALIFICATIONS

1. High School diploma or equivalent is required.

2. Demonstrated professionalism and effective communication skills are required.

3. Knowledge or experience with project management principles is required.

4. Ability to prioritize and organize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required.

5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.

6. Ability to maintain a positive demeanor to foster coachability and manage client interactions effectively is required.

7. An associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.

8. Familiarity with credit union operations, regulations, and procedures is preferred.

9. Experience with HTML emails, design tools, social media management, and relationship-based marketing is preferred.


WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
