POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Project Coordinator (MPC) is a driven professional with a strong interest in communications and marketing, possessing a background in overseeing various projects. Key responsibilities encompass engaging with our credit union partners, developing marketing materials, ensuring quality assurance, managing data, and generating reports. We leverage diverse systems and technologies to fulfill job responsibilities.

Success in this role hinges on effective communication, a proactive approach to feedback and learning, and a keen interest in analyzing data related to marketing efforts. This includes grasping the distinct brands we represent, crafting content for various media formats (such as email, print, web, social media, press releases, and more), and evaluating the effectiveness of our communications. The ideal candidate will appreciate the significance of target demographics and the most effective methods to engage these audiences to achieve favorable outcomes.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Research, develop, and validate high-quality marketing content; supervise and ensure quality control for services.

2. Oversee multiple projects, managing client expectations amidst changing timelines and workloads; assist in resolving client inquiries and concerns.

3. Document, implement, and manage product launches.

4. Analyze data to create targeted audience segments.

5. Continuously learn, observe, and report on marketing strategies.

6. Train and educate clients and colleagues on products and processes; ensure client understanding, customization, and automation.

7. Foster positive relationships with clients; conduct meetings to understand their marketing objectives and preferences; maintain ongoing communication and service quality.

8. Collaborate with team members on cross-functional projects.

9. Engage in backend data management, including client-specific marketing queries and daily data downloads.

10. Participate in cross-training within the department to ensure versatility and a comprehensive understanding of various tasks.

11. Utilize HTML, core credit union data processing knowledge, and query skills for effective communication and data management.


QUALIFICATIONS

1. High School diploma or equivalent is required.

2. Proven professionalism and strong communication skills are essential.

3. Familiarity with project management principles is required.

4. Ability to prioritize and organize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, high-volume environment is essential.

5. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is required.

6. Ability to maintain a positive demeanor to promote coachability and effectively manage client interactions is required.

7. An associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience is preferred.

8. Understanding of credit union operations, regulations, and procedures is preferred.

9. Experience with HTML emails, graphic design tools, social media management, and relationship-based marketing is preferred.


WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Xtend operates in a professional office environment. Some job responsibilities may require moderate to extensive travel as outlined in the Job Functions and/or Job Qualifications sections. Xtend is committed to working with employees to accommodate their physical needs related to the position.
