Job Description:


  • We are seeking a motivated and reliable Field Engineer with expertise in Field Support Operations (FSO) to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
  • This role is essential in providing on-site technical support, including IMACs (Install, Move, Add, Change), Imaging, and Staging tasks at our warehouse location.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong presence in the US and experience in handling L1 engineering tasks efficiently.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform IMACs (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities on hardware and software.
  • Create and deploy system images for multiple devices, ensuring consistency and reliability.
  • Prepare and configure hardware and software in a staging environment before deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operations and effective problem resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, changes, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for IT operations and support.
