The B2B Territory Manager Trainee is an entry-level position designed to prepare you for a career in territory management and business development in St. Louis. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals, learning how to manage a designated sales territory, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within a company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a structured training program that covers territory management, sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
  • Shadow experienced Territory Managers to learn best practices and gain hands-on experience in the field.
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Support Territory Managers in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Learn to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed territory sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to support sales efforts.
