Print Production Manager

Job Description:

The Production Manager (Producer) will manage marketing campaigns across digital and print materials for a brand or therapeutic area. This role includes gathering production estimates, ensuring campaigns align with brand strategies, and overseeing execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute print production for brands or therapeutic areas.
  • Perform QA checks on print and digital materials.
  • Manage printed materials, partner with agencies and warehouse partners.
  • Obtain print estimates and understand project scopes.
  • Collaborate with vendors for continuous improvement.
  • Schedule resources and plan executions with Capability Leads, IT, and Engagement Planners.
  • Manage warehouse operations and troubleshoot field force requests.
  • Run or attend status meetings with matrix participants.
  • Utilize project management tools for workflow, timelines, and finances.


Education Requirements:

  • BA/BS Required


Skills Required:

  • Print production buying and offset printing knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Knowledge of Veeva Promomats.
  • 5+ years in marketing in a large organization.
  • 7+ years in print and digital marketing management.
  • 3+ years in project management (PMP ideal but not required).
