Business Operations Associate

What you’ll do:


As our Business Operations Associate, you’ll be responsible for a wide variety of operational initiatives to help us run the business, including:


  • Accounts Receivable. Track/process subscriptions, invoices, and payments for non-automated billing flows. Ensure that customers receive and are able to process invoices correctly. Support customers with billing inquiries. Follow up with customers on overdue payments.
  • Accounts Payable. Schedule payments to vendors and perform administrative tasks within our financial systems.
  • Business Team Support. Support sales, marketing, and leadership teams with a wide array of day-to-day tasks.
  • General Office Management. Overseeing daily office operations, event management, scheduling coordination, managing supplies, etc.


Who you are:


  • Experience: You have 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in fast paced startup environments.
  • Accounts Receivable. You must have at least one year of accounts receivable experience.
  • Attention to detail: You are highly organized and don’t let things slip through the cracks.
  • Excellent communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have an inbox-zero personality.
  • Action-oriented: You are proactive, efficient, and eager to dive into tasks, both big and small. You thrive on getting things done and seek to find solutions on your own.
  • Enthusiastic. You have a friendly and collaborative approach to your work with others inside and outside the organization.
