We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and overseeing project execution. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and working closely with clients to meet their needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and through prospecting efforts.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise, providing effective solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our team, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure project goals are aligned and deliverables are met.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales or account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Mindset: Self-starter who values collaboration and feedback and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
