We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team and play an integral role in opening up a new location in the Dallas, TX market. This person will be responsible for domestic sales across the central U.S. with additional responsibilities working alongside the VP of Sales and CEO.


In this role, you will be working in the cold storage and warehousing industry and will be actively involved in defining customer needs, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and working across internal organizations to best serve your clients. In the first year, you will be tasked with building a sales pipeline for the new Dallas location while also strategizing with the executive team on additional location openings. The vision for this role is to grow into the VP of Sales, as the current VP is set to retire over the next couple of years.

  • Currently positioned uniquely in the market with geographic advantages over the entire market.
  • This is an opportunity to grow the domestic sales portfolio and be integral in opening additional locations.
  • Backed by a Private Equity firm that is the largest holder of warehousing property in the U.S.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Six-figure base salary (DOE) + Bonus (will be based on metrics set by Executive team with the opportunity to earn $50K+ annual bonus).

The Right Background:

  • Experience: 4-5 years in sales, preferably within the cold storage or related industries. A background in food and beverage industry sales is also valuable.
  • Skills: Strong sales acumen, relationship management, negotiation, strategic planning, and a robust understanding of logistics and cold storage operations.
  • Characteristics: Proactive, results-driven, customer-centric, and able to operate with high integrity and ethics.
  • Location Flexibility: The candidate can be based in Dallas or Kansas City, but must be willing to spend significant time in Dallas.
