JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for organizing, editing and maintaining technical records and files in accordance with ISO9001 guidelines.

Maintain all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget.

Establish and maintain communication services across business units.

Maintain the storage and retrieval of all documents, data and business metrics.

Establish and document business processes.

Ensure compliance with all ISO9001 guidelines.

Responsible for ISO 9001 documentation compliance.

Responsible for change control, revision history, retention, and access to documentation.

Ensure availability and publishing of controlled documents.

Distribute the latest revision level documents and records to appropriate users and ensure that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution and publication.


REQUIRED SKILLS:

Experience with QMS (Quality Management System)- ISO AS 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 17025, AS 9100, any quality coordinator system is fine

Knowledge of business and management principles.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent Quality Management Systems.

Proficient in all Microsoft business applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.


SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

Emotional intelligence.

Attention to detail, critical thinker, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.

Strong emphasis on organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
