KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the Environmental Health and Safety Services (EHSS) Department to ensure adherence to regulations and performance standards.
  • Guide and develop team members, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Allocate resources effectively to support compliance and strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes across all organizational levels.
  • Set and pursue strategic goals for EHSS.
  • Oversee budget development and management.
  • Enhance and maintain EHSS Management Systems.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Evaluate and advance EHS&S programs.
  • Supervise incident reporting and corrective action processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Environmental Health and Safety compliance.
  • Special Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in computer applications.
